Boy-Love
November 3, 2011
He’s only four and it’s already beginning. First it was Elenora.
“Mom, can Elenora be a part of our family?”
“Elenora has her own family, sweetie. Why do you want her to be a part of ours?”
“Because I LOOOOOOVE her!”
Now it’s even strangers – little girls he meets up with at Scooby’s baseball games. Saturday, he was chasing little Gracie all around the bleachers while she coyly squealed “Stop! Stop!” over her shoulder with a big grin on her face.
I reached out and grabbed him as he went past me.
“Honey, she is saying stop. You need to stop when people ask you to stop.”
“But, Mom – she LIKES it!”
Out of the mouths of babes.
For all you girl-moms out there, here’s a little peek behind the curtain.

I’m not a mom, but the part in the video about girls dancing = SO TRUE.
I still do that.
I can totally see you doing that, Sun!
